Hey this is Seraph5 (she/her)! This blog will mostly consist of fanart and long silences when I get trapped out in the real world. There will be a lot of whatever ship is setting my world on fire and whatever ships always have. Live long and prosper!
David Tennant at C2E2 panel: I think that if anyone else [than Neil Gaiman] had tried to adapt Good Omens for the screen they would have made it ‘normal’. They’d sort of knocked off the bananas edges - it would just have made sense to made it more linear and to reduce the number of characters and take some of the weirder stuff out of it - ‘cause it’s hard to film. And Neil being Neil just went: “No we’re leaving all of that exactly as it is, and you know what, we’re going to make it weirder!”
Sorry for the bad quality next time will be better i promise!
The 3 one was inspired by a Good Omens drawing by @seraph5 (if you want me to take it down message me! I will do it in a heartbeat) (they’re amazingly talented be sure to check out the drawing!)
(my drawing sucks compared to the original but hey it was fun!)
(i also recently got into the book (Good Omens) and i really like it so that’s why!)
Anyway…
@winchester-reload what do you think?? I am actually really proud of these! I love them! (Just don’t ask how long it took…) i am working on a Cas one tho it will look bad but that’s the fun of drawing and improving!
Aziraphale looks painful when he says “I don’t even like you” or “You’re a demon, that’s what you do” because he is forced to say those things by the angelic moral code even if he doesn’t believe those things because as an an angel he feels obligated to follow those rules even if he doesn’t agree with them, thanks for coming to my TED talk
time to be a lil’ self indulgent with some kissing headcanons
first kisses between these two bozos in eden that begins with crowley asking what it is that the humans are doing. makes aziraphale crook a brow. “i believe they call it kissing. i thought it was your doing, really.” and crowley just sticks his tongue out in a hiss, watching the couple in the distance.
very easy to convince the angel to try this New Human Activity when it was assumedly created by neither heaven nor hell. “can’t be so bad,” crowley tempts, his voice an almost whisper. and aziraphale relents after some half-hearted fussing. because, really, i’m sure their knowledge of sex stops past the reproductive aspects. kissing to kiss is a novel concept to them, i’m sure.
