most of what we’ve seen of aziraphale is him telling crowley that he has to act a certain way or feel a certain way “because he’s a demon” (you’re a demon, that’s what you do) but even while he says stuff like that it’s so clear how special and un-demonic he thinks crowley is, and how much he’s trying to convince himself that he MUSTN’T love crowley, he tries to talk himself into believing that crowley’s a liar and an enemy and not worthy of affection and it never works!!! and it’s adorable!!!

One thing I want from Good Omens is a scene where Crowley and Aziraphale are talking to other people and they both get asked if they’re in a relationship with the other
And Crowley is like ‘don’t be ridiculous he’s an angel he’s not even capable of feeling something as carnal as lust’
And meanwhile Aziraphale is like 'don’t be ridiculous he’s a demon he’s not even capable of something as pure as love’

I always loved Good Omens and i immediately started shipping them after reading perhaps half the book - I’m so sorry.
