I will never not love Julian’s facial expression/response to this.  He’s all, “Well … yeah.  Of course that’s what happened.”  Because I am sorry, but have you people SEEN that scene?  There is no way they didn’t intend for it to come across as reminiscent of a cheap porno.

I’ll never get over everything in that last gif, after Noel says “I was fellating you.” Julian’s reaction is priceless, and for just a little moment, Noel goes a bit shy and looks away. 

I’m also eternally amused that he remembers it the wrong way around. Howard’s the one taking  care of Vince’s needs in that fic! Wishful thinking, Noel? ;)

Notice how in the added gif, Julian is touching his neck. Touching your neck is something you do to self-soothe, when you are embarrassed or nervous. But let’s back up a little. In the last gif of the gifset, Julian brows Noel, at which point Noel starts rubbing the bridge of his nose, covering most of his face. He’s a fidgety person, when he’s doing stand up he touches his tummy; when he’s nervously talking, he bites/sucks on the end of his thumb. I’ve never seen him do the nose rubbing thing any other time. Rubbing your nose is sometimes a signal that the person is lying, perhaps Noel remembers very well that the roles are reversed? Or perhaps he is trying to cover up that he is blushing? After Noel says that he had to touch himself, Julian rubs his neck once, and then touches the corner of his mouth. Both of these gestures are used to self-soothe when someone is uncomfortable. Perhaps Julian is uncomfortable discussing the fanfiction, or perhaps he is uncomfortable discussing he and Noel’s sex life.
