On January 28, 1986, NASA Challenger mission STS-51-L ended in tragedy when the shuttle exploded 73 seconds after takeoff. On board was physicist Ronald E. McNair, who was the second African American to enter space. But first, he was a kid with big dreams in Lake City, South Carolina.
The sweetest thing in all of space and time.
STORY CORPS: WE HOPE YOU LIKE CRYING.
It’s hilarious to be considered a sex symbol. In school, I was a beanpole with a nose I hadn’t grown into. Being thought of as sexy makes one employable, but it’s not going to last forever, so I try not to think about it. It’s like something that exists outside of me.
Let’s go swimming: Rainbow Pool, Madrid, Spain
so basically. holy shit.
this is really relevant!! I want to see these everywhere
I am intensely skeptical of the notion that Sam and Dean only need each other.
I only realised these were drawings when I saw Gabriel’s wings

Fucking outstanding!!! *standing ovation and such*
Have you seen most of the plus-size sections out there? It’s horrifying. Whoever’s designing for plus-size doesn’t get it. The entire garment needs to be re-conceived. You can’t just take a size 8 and make it larger. In my travels, I’ve been an advocate for larger women. I’ve been talking to designers, but only a half-dozen make an effort. Most say, ‘I don’t want a woman who’s a size 10 or 11 wearing my clothes.’ Well, shame on you! It’s not realistic. We need to address real women with real needs.
