Does anyone ever pause to consider the sheer weight of what Castiel is doing here? Those blades are literally the only things capable of killing angels and Castiel gives the Winchesters two. He’s giving two humans a blade each that can kill his brethren, can kill him. What he’s basically doing is saying, “not only do I trust you enough not to use these on me, I trust you enough to allow you keep something so sacred and powerful that it can kill a soldier of Heaven.”

Do you think this ever happened before? Do you think an angel ever trusted anything with something so valuable like Cas is trusting two humans?

Remember, just one episode later Gabriel will scoff at the thought of giving the real thing to another being. You think I’d give Kali my real sword? That thing can kill me! The amount of trust required is staggering.

And yet here we see Castiel give two to a couple of humans. Beings that much of Heaven and the other angels have seen as insignificant for most of their time on the show.

Just something to think about.

A rant about nothing, but may contain a cure for a headache…?

Want to know something interesting? Thinking positively, in a non-apathetic way, can help rid you of headaches. It’s a simple, but difficult solution to a incredibly complex problem. If you have a recurring thought pattern of negativity, (assuming people think poorly of you, thinking self destructive things, ect.) it actually has a lasting affect on your brain chemistry, causing… you got it! HEADACHES, (also, depression, anxiety, and suicide, but you know…)

I know this is going to sound cheesy, but don’t be a cynic and just HUMOR me for a moment… If you force yourself to think positively every time you have a thought that could be harmful to your mental heath… slowly, over time, it will help break the cycle and your headache will be gone with the wind. This is something that is SO FUCKING EASY it sounds stupid, but. if. you. make. yourself. break. the. negative. cycle. it. WILL. help. you.

OKAY?

That means if someone compliments you, TAKE THE COMPLIMENT, and think, ‘hey, I deserved that!’ If something doesn’t go your way, take it in stride, and think, “I will be okay.” Don't obsess over past failures, what’s done is done, there is no point torturing yourself with it if you can’t change it. Also, TRY not to feel sorry for yourself, and rather think about how you don’t NEED to feel sorry for yourself, BECAUSE YOU DON’T, YOU’RE GREAT.

You know how I always post those uplifting paragraphs encouraging what SEEMS to be other people? I make those for people to see, but I also make them for myself. This is also for me, reminding myself to be positive, because so far it has worked brilliantly, SO KEEP IT UP!

NOT A SINGLE HEADACHE IN 3 WEEKS I MIGHT ADD!

but you have to try easier said than done personal also i got this from a doctor if you don't trust ME as a reliable source
