aww
I need some input on your monitors. A few people have said that the black on this shows up as messy/blotchy/gray. A few other people have said that the black is too black (LOL) and therefore looks like a big hole in the middle of the drawing. It’s not actually black at all—it’s a dark grayish purple. But I guess some PC monitors are lightening it?
Anyway, how does it look on your screen?
The band was kind of a revolving door. Hurley played bass on the demo. Trohman went on tour with us and “7 Angels”. “Hey Chris” played bass for most of it though Tim from Rise Against played bass and sang on the first record. Its funny, at the time, Fall Out Boy was Arma Angelus’s side project. […] At the end the last two shows, it was pretty much the guys from Fall Out Boy and Hey Chris playing bass—Patrick on drums and Joe on guitar at a show, Andy on drums at another. We stopped doing Arma after awhile not because FOB got big (we hadn’t at all), but I think I got tired of screaming every night and I definitely got tired of a scene where there were a lot of people just yelling, “Mosh you f*ggots” into a microphone.
Pete Wentz (x)
It’s only Monday morning, not even half of my day has passed, but I am already pretty sure, finding out that Pete Wentz and Tim once played in a band together will be (by the end of this week) the most important thing I’ve learned this week.
(via flowerpixies)This is special to me. A concept design that has been a long time coming, for a really awesome (and patient) friend. They gave me some loose ideas, critters, colors, and general inspiration then let me do my thing. There have been many differing passes, which I will share later for completions sake.
The creature is very loosely inspired by the dragon on the Ishtar gate. The snake is the actual body while the rest is manifested out of its own essence. I feel it would have a vaguely leonine body when quadruped, but stay simple, only forming things as needed.
Black scales, gold filigree, burning soul.
… This is super cool ;0;
