I feel like Meg was a good character, originally. But they sort of dumbed her down when they made her interested in Cas. She turned from some badass, takes no bullshit, demon (I didn’t like her, but still, she had character) and then in her last episode they whittled her down to lame innuendos, trying to get Cas into bed, and some cheesy “I died for love" story. So I’d say she was done no justice, either. :/

Look it’s not like I really, really expected destiel to happen, i had hopes but no expectations and it’s just that lately WHENEVER the writers give one of the boys a romantic interest that chick is written terribly and is nothing but an extension of Dean and Sam with qualities that forward their growth instead of being interesting and dynamic in their own right.
I will say that meg was a tiny exception to that rule but i never liked meg as cas’s romanic interest anyway (She killed all of John’s friends, was a key player in bringing down John himself, she led the attack that killed Jo and Ellen and has knocked off countless people in a bid to get what she wants. So fuck her forever she doesn’t deserve Castiel).
That’s why i’m cracking the shits. They fucking better get this right that’s all i’m saying.
