Weirdest thing just happened
I was on deviantart and someone, who i have never spoken to before or seen before, sent me a request to do a drawing of essentially soft core porn without any ‘hi how you doing my name is and i was wondering if you could be so kind as to because i could offer you some money/art in return please and thank you’ no just 'can you draw this porn i want’. I was like 'it’s within my ability but i won’t’ and stopped just short of saying 'maybe if you haddn’t been so friggin rude about it i might have actually done it. never mind that you didn’t offer me anything for my services which i have charged for in the past.’. What the hell?
On Periods: Let’s put this shit to bed right now: Women don’t lose their minds when they have period-related irritability. It doesn’t lower their ability to reason; it lowers their patience and, hence, tolerance for bullshit. If an issue comes up a lot during “that time of the month,” that doesn’t mean she only cares about it once a month; it means she’s bothered by it all the time and lacks the capacity, once a month, to shove it down and bury it beneath six gulps of willful silence.
Young Thorin Sketch
Here’s another pen sketch. Um honestly this started out as playing with a ‘hair in motion’ idea and somehow turned into what looks like wrestler Thorin. %100 unintentional. Just wanted to draw a young shirtless Thorin with some tats looking over suddenly. This is the first time i’ve drawn chest hair but he looked weird without it. He’s such a hairy guy i figure it can’t not be all over his chest too. It was a purely logical choice. Totally not for perve factor at all.
Battle Thorin Oakenshield Sketch
So i don’t usually draw with pen (i think i used it more when i was in high school like 7 or 8 years ago but even then that was a sort of necessity thing) but in my design course they are encouraging us to try new mediums and go outside our comfort zone. So here is post battle Thorin drawn in biro no reference images, no pre-pencil sketch.
I do intend to do a better ‘post battle thorin’ at some stage.
