What I woke up to see
It’s incredible this story. Ever since I was a little girl and found out what had happened to Vincent Van Gogh I wished he had know that he had become an incredibly well known and respected artist. This episode made me cry. It was beautiful.
S P N N O I R A U // The night that Castiel Milton wanders into the office of detectives Winchester & Winchester is that night that everything changes. A shadow has swept over the windy city—or maybe it never left—and members of the town’s estranged but esteemed Milton family keep vanishing from its shrouded streets.
His sister is now missing too, and Castiel, having heard that Dean and Sam Winchester are indeed the best, has gone to them for help. The stakes could not be higher, but along with star beat reporter Jessica Moore, chasing the same story as all the rest, he might just have a chance at saving what little of his family he has left. He might not like what he finds though (despite finding a strange but not unwelcome friendship with one Winchester brother), and whatever insidious force he’s hell bent on taking out might originate closer to home than anyone dared think.
“A Man of Letters”, from my not-so-sneaky alternative account. ;)
Yeah, yeah, I know, kids: don’t smoke, okay! But Sam can. He’s been to Hell, after all. (Sketched for a kinkmeme prompt on LJ and inspired by a photo I saw flashing by my dashboard here on tumblr.)
