Portia explains to Dean that a familiar finds the master and they become inseparable. They share an unbreakable bond like a melding of souls, and they would die for each other. In many ways, this sounds like the bond between the brothers. It also sounds like the “profound bond” that Castiel has said he shares with Dean.

And people say we are delusional, because we notice parallels!

Here you go, haters, in your face!

I idolized them as a kid. And I wanted to marry Morticia. Still do.

AND THEY WERE PERFECT PARENTS TOO!

They were fiercely proud of their children’s accomplishments.

They played together as a family.

They went to school plays, parent/teacher interviews, and helped with school work.

They co-parented, Gomez was just as active in raising their children as Morticia was.

When their children wanted something that they disapproved of, they were disappointed but relented because it would make them happy.

Dean and Cas have built the most staggeringly compelling relationship over their four+ shared years — I don’t even know how to comprehend it. They are brothers in arms, brothers in spirit, best of friends, bound to each other, lovers in everything but body. Despite war and betrayal and death, Castiel always returns to Dean. And Dean always finds him. Dean Winchester made a place in his heart and life for an angel. That is so huge. The man who was raised to hunt and hate the supernatural, who had no faith, who distrusted anyone who was not blood — prayed every night to an absent friend, refused to leave the land of the undead without him, put his life on the line for Cas’. Cas betrayed his very nature for Dean. Cas has lived for millennia, yet in one short year, he abandoned everything he knew and was for the sake of this human. And after all of it, all the hurt and guilt and confusion, he still thanks Dean, “for everything.” Because he still thinks it was worth it.
If that’s not love, there is no love.

Even if its only in America to start if this kind of ballfaced attempt at legalising Internet monitoring and personal information stealing is successful the pattern will no doubt continue elsewhere. The Internet spans the world. There are no lines separating countries and kinds of people. It’s the great thing about the Internet and it could be easily ruined or corrupted by something like this.
