I can see its just going to be one of those things i obsess over for a while till i burn my obsession out.
One of my Hobbit designs, I think I like this one best. It’s got the roots of the Lonely Mountain, the eye of Smaug and Sauron combined, and a few other little things and Dwarvish / Celtic knotwork. Might tinker with it a little bit more, might even get it on a shirt one day lol.
I already know two people who want it desperately. All fingers and toes crossed for a t shirt eventuality.
Every second Thorin is on screen his hair is floating in the wind. It makes me happy but one must assume it would get in everyones face/way at some point.
Before the watching the Hobbit movie (having read the book): Don’t like Thorin, he’s a bit of a dick to Bilbo and i don’t get the ship thing.
After the movie: Thorin’s kinda cool, i dig his directionless fury, his flowy hair makes me laugh and….

Drew a hobbit comic, skipped off to the scanner all excited and ready to scan and edit and digitally redraw only to find my scanners not working cause theres no ink (and its stupid like that). Now i’ll have to go to the store tomorrow to buy ink before i can scan and i have work…
