You’ve all seen this by now, yes?

All comments are welcome. You are, however, reminded that this is a couple of minutes of a trailer, not the nearly six hours of a six-episode series.

@neil-gaiman If you can mention to Prime Video or whoever that the closed captions have errors and need to be proofread, that would be amazing.

I have auditory processing issues. I can hear just well enough to recognize all the times when the captions don’t match up to what’s being said on screen, and things like missing punctuation jump out at me.

All people deserve to see this, including people who need captions.

we arent allowed to watch it in canada :(

we got amazon prime JUST for this, only to find out that “this title is not available in your region”

It’s definitely available in Canada. It doesn’t drop until May 31st, though, so trying to watch it now will only give you an error message.

(And I’ll talk to Amazon about proofreading closed captions. I did the proofreading and correcting for the scripts of the closed captions for the whole of the actual series, and caught a lot of errors. I can’t promise that more won’t have slipped in when they are put up on the screen, but I did my best.)

Good Omens Trailer

Thee angel Aziraphale (Michael Sheen) and the demon Crowley (David Tennant) are two unlikely friends trying to stop the coming Armageddon. After all, they’ve grown quite fond of the Earth. Oh, and someone has misplaced the child Anti-Christ, so that’s a problem.

Good Omens, based on the novel by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, hits Amazon Prime on May 31, 2019.

Uh this probably took me 5 or 6 hours? Paint and Ink and a teany tiny bit of photoshop to beef up the black’s, whites and colours but aside from that I didn’t really have to do anything else.

I wanted to do a modern take on The Sandman (or Dream if you prefer) since frequently when he’s being ‘casual sandman’ in the series he appears in 80’s 90’s grunge (which is when it was made so fair enough). I think i’ll have another crack at it later cause i’d like him to look older. Maybe i’ll give a joseph gordon-levitt sandman a try.
