✨ Greaser Spirk ✨ @trinbeee on twitter suggested that butch greaser Spock femme Kirk would be an amazing combo and my brain exploded. I have several ideas pending but this is the one at minimum that made it through the chaos to a final product. A lot of visual inspirations in here obvi Leyendecker but also Hannah Webb.

✨Romulan Kirk WIP✨

I’m getting so deep in the paint on this one. I’m actually a fan of the idea that Spock does not like the ears on Kirk but he does like what he can do to Kirk while Kirk has romulan ears. Kirk came into this idea so cockily not thinking Spock wouldn’t be able to turn him on just by touching his ears. He was so wrong.

An update on Captain Kirk. He continues to subvert my expectations. The other day gravity on the ship ceased functioning while we were in engineering. Many Captains would find this a stressful or annoying situation. However, as no danger presented itself the Captain was not only calm but seemed to enjoy solving the problem in zero gravity. He is highly intelligent and quite…acrobatic.

Spock is floating almost horizontally looking up while Kirk is floating vertically about his head and shoulders. They are face to face and Kirk is grinning wide seemingly enjoying himself. if jim learned abt the vulcan hand thing from a book he'd probably go the next week hyper-aware of spock's hands. he'd chalk it up to a heightened sense of cultural sensitivity, but there's no good way to explain his frustration when a woman almost touches spock's fingers or his odd excitement when spock hands him objects. eventually spock grabs his wrist while they're running to get away from some awful alien creature and the whole time jim thinks he's going to go insane

For those playing along at home I am 2k into this spirk fic. It will probably take me a while to get there because I’ve got to write it all and then I have to massage and polish it for a while. So yeah just a lil update I guess.

Basic idea: SNW Spock and Kirk run into a race of aliens that are so dangerous to humans they can’t look at/hear/make noise around them without taking severe damage. So Spock uses the mind meld to wordlessly get them out. Also Spock is like oh no I’m having a feeling.

I’ve written an outline for a fic based on this drawing and and am trying to decide if I’ll be able to do it or not. On one hand it’s a good idea and I like it and it should be only 1 chapter. A long chapter maybe but 1 chapter none the less. On the other hand I don’t know what Wesley’s Kirk will be like so how I write him is probably going to be wrong.
