Well get ready friend because Price of the Phoenix has a sequel!!!! It’s called Fate of the Phoenix and it is also SUPER GOOD!! I also highly recommend Killing Time by Della Van Hise. If/when you’re done with those I’ll rec you some of the short stories from Star Trek: The New Voyages series too. A loooooot of Spirk goodness still to be had in these delicious old pulp novels.
the spreadsheet has all the data by episode then by person, along with each of their totals BUT! what yall have been waiting for:
SERIES (including movies) TOTAL: 1015
SERIES AVERAGE PER EPISOODE: 11.94
SPOCK TOTAL: 575
SPOCK AVERAGE PER EPISODE: 7.01
JIM TOTAL: 440
JIM AVERAGE PER EPISODE: 5.71
far-too-many-things asked:
I love your art and really want to read Fate of the Phoenix after seeing your K/S art but I've not read any other Star Trek novels, can it be read by itself or is context required?
I would say you should read Price of the Phoenix and then Fate of the Phoenix as they’re a 2 part series. They both have strong homoerotic subtext and just really fun writing to read. Very light, very easy. Trashy yummy pulp trek fiction. The shippiness basically begins on the first page too lol
A bunch of spirk art based on the blooper where Nimoy jokes about not being able to hit his mark and to prove it basically climbs on top of Shatner.
Image ID: Spock is holding Kirk from behind, his palms pressed against Kirk’s thighs, his chin hooked over Kirk’s shoulder. Kirk leans back into him confident with a playful smile as if he’s about to purr “Mr. Spock i’d say you have something in mind. Care to share what that might be?”.
✨ Mirror-verse Spirk - Now in colour ✨
K: Harder
S: I could break you in two
K: Prove it
ID: Mirror verse Spock and Kirk are testing each others limits. Spock has Kirk by the neck with one hand and is leaning over him. Kirk is sneering back chin raised and defiant, urging Spock for more. In his hand he is holding a dagger and has it pressed to Spock’s stomach. Insurance for the dangerous game he is playing. Spock’s free hand rests lightly against the dagger wielding fist a hint that the threats conceal a vulnerability neither will name.

I decided to colour this old female Kirk drawing I drew a ways back. Kirk is 100% looking at Spock here.
ID: There is a single shoulders up image of a female version of Kirk. She is staring at the viewer (Spock) with intense bright eyes. She has long golden brown hair and is wearing the TOS Captain’s uniform.
